We offer a plant-based modified starch that acts as a pulping agent and texturiser for paste and puree style sauces. Our product shows great heat and acid resistance and is cold water soluble. It partially replaces your paste (e.g. tomato) and increases your yield with ZERO compromise on the quality of the end product. You can replace a percentage of your tomato paste, for example, with our product and increase the quantity of your end-product.

Mayonnaise & Salad Dressings
We offer a plant-based product that replaces eggs in your mayonnaise, salad dressings or any other egg-based sauces. The product acts as an emulsifier and delivers the thick & creamy texture we know and love from a traditional mayonnaise. It has the added benefit of increasing your shelf life whilst lowering the costs of input.

Other Sauces & Spreads
We offer a variety of plant-based modified starches for any other sauces & spreads that increase viscosity, improve shine and improve the stability and shelf life of your product.
