Our plant-based modified starch is used as either a total or partial replacement of gelatin at a lower price to regular gelatin.

We have run successful tests and they have shown our product to:
  • Provide low viscosity at high solid content
  • Give a shiny and smooth appearance to end product
  • Give softness and chewy characteristics
  • Prevent stickiness
  • Be resistant to heat, acid and shear
  • Improve shelf life

Our products are extremely easy to implement in your current recipe formulations. It does not add any complexity yet it offers a cost benefit and ZERO compromise on quality
